3″ round, adjustable IC airtight new construction housing and round flangeless trim. The housing includes a 17 watt LED module with 40 deg. beam angle. Light is warm dimmable, 3000 – 1800K. All trims are the 3″ flangeless white, round shower trim (rated for wet locations).

These were manufactured in 2021 and installed as part of a total remodel/rebuild completed in 2025.  The house was sold before the owners moved in and the new owners are having everything removed as part of (another) remodel. So these have had minimal use. New online retail on this package is about $700 per unit.
