Heavy gauge, hand forged wrought iron. Salvaged from the Agnews Development Center (circa 1911) in Santa Clara.

The main structure is 64” wide x 27” deep x 40” tall. Full height is 63″ tall.

Good condition.

  • Provenance: Agnews Developmental Center, Santa Clara (circa 1911)

  • Material: Heavy-gauge, hand-forged wrought iron

  • Details: Twisted posts, scrolled feet, rectangular planter rail

  • Finish: Weathered/patina from age

  • Condition: Good

  • Measurements:

    The overall height of the balcony is:
    40 (cage height) + 23 3/4 (bottom of scroll to bottom of cage) + 3 (finial at top of cage) = 66 3/4″
    Width:
    64″
    Depth:
    29″ –the cage itself is 27″ but the scroll extends out a couple of inches from the bottom of the cage
    The center to center of the bolts attaching the balcony to the wall is about 62″.
    Scroll work below the cage is 27″ x 23 3/4″
